DCU or MCU? Marvel, for sure!
Coffee, tea, or cacao? Coffee.
Favorite hangover recovery recipe? Pancakes with extra syrup.
When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer? When I was very young—around 7 or 8. The challenge for me was navigating the norms and rules around what I was allowed to do. I also dabbled in poetry at around 12, but because it didn’t fit the rigid structure of traditional poetry, I was discouraged from pursuing it.
Where do you get your information or ideas for your books? From dreams and people-watching. The world is entertaining enough if you just stop and listen. One of my favorite exercises is making up stories about strangers.
What is your work schedule like when you’re writing? It’s completely unpredictable! I can plan certain days for writing, but not the specific times. Writing is one of the few areas where my brain refuses to be managed or scheduled.
What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?I can’t eat full meals while writing—I need snacks. Usually, I go for a charcuterie plate with easy-to-grab items for breaks. I also play loud music, burn candles, and ensure my environment is clean to feel relaxed and creative. Oh, and I need a blue pen and my notebook to track word sprints!
When did you write your first book, and how old were you?I wrote my first book at 14. It hasn’t been published yet, but it exists! My second book eventually became my first published one. It wasn’t my first release, but it was my first paranormal epic fantasy novel, For Love, Not War.
Do you have any suggestions to help someone become a better writer?Yes—don’t be afraid of criticism. It’s someone else’s perspective, and even if you don’t agree with it, it might offer insights for improvement. Also, read as much as you can!
Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?I do! Readers often share their thoughts about my stories, tell me what they want more or less of, and ask about release dates and what I’m currently writing. My favorite feedback is when readers let me know I’ve struck a chord with them—#goals!
Do you like to create books for adults?Absolutely. My thoughts tend to be too vulgar and naughty for kids.
As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?I’ve always wanted to write, but I didn’t have much support for that dream. So, I leaned into practical options that would provide stability. Ironically, all the business and finance degrees I earned ended up being incredibly helpful for my writing career.
What is the first book that made you cry?The Reluctant Dom by Tymber Dalton.
Does writing energize or exhaust you? Both! Writing a great scene is incredibly energizing, but writing emotionally heavy content or under tight deadlines can be exhausting.
What are common traps for aspiring writers?Being too protective of their story, which prevents it from growing and improving.
Does a big ego help or hurt writers? It’s not so much about ego as it is about kindness. Treating others in the writing and reading community with respect goes a long way. At the end of the day, we need each other—being unkind for personal gain isn’t the way to go.
What is your writing kryptonite?Book covers! They spark inspiration and often send me into full story-building mode when I see a brilliant one.
Did you ever consider writing under a pseudonym?I do! In fact, I write under multiple pennames.
Do you want each book to stand on its own, or are you building a connected body of work?World-building is my jam. I’ve only been diving into it for a few years, but I love creating stories for side characters and events that happen in worlds I’ve already built. My Savage Kings – California series has 16 books so far!
How did publishing your first book change your process of writing? My first published book was harshly criticized. I entered it into a contest, and the lack of structure in the story made it fall flat. It almost made me quit writing, but then I found an amazing editor and beta reader. They helped me understand the process and journey a story should take before it reaches readers. It was a tough but valuable learning experience.
What do you have coming next?I have two books releasing on December 10th! One is a mafia romance titled Tommy, which kicks off a new Savage Kings Empire series set in Ohio. These books will be grittier than some of my other works. The second release is a paranormal romance called The Path They Paved.
The Price They Paid:
★★★★PARANORMAL★ROMANCE★★★★
The Price They Paid has love, heartbreak, mating bonds, and secrets. Did I mention wolves?
Here's what it's all about!

Seuss knew his mate was out there, but he avoided “The Calling” because the time wasn’t right. He didn’t know that he would meet his mate today, and not under these circumstances. Would he lose her before he even had a chance to make her his?
Justice had one goal that night: to celebrate her birthday. Why was there a strange man chasing her? How did she end up in the hospital? And who told her heart to fall in love - and with a wolf? Wait, wolves are real?
Savage Reign:
They are Savages...
In the shadowy underworld of crime, power is everything, and loyalty is paid in blood. Across territories ruled by ruthless mafia kings—Domino, Beniamino, Khari, and Tommy—the line between savage dominance and dangerous love blurs. Each man reigns supreme in his empire—feared, respected, untouchable—until a woman enters his world, igniting passions that even the coldest hearts can’t deny.
Savage Reign introduces these kings of the underworld, with each story serving as the explosive first book in the Savage Kings series. As they navigate their brutal worlds, one truth becomes clear: in the game of power, the greatest risk isn't losing your crown—it's losing your heart.
